Bridge reflection 1

This is a single shot of a reflection on the surface of the River Great Ouse in Bedford, England. Editing software transforms it from an image of slowly moving black and white blocks through to the original colour shot. The speed of the sound track is the same as the video image; both gradually increase from a very slow speed to the speed of the original shot. As a result of this slowness, the sound track starts off with strange noises that gradually evolve into the more recognisable sounds of the environment in which the shot is filmed.
