This video is a sequence of views of the surface of river water as it flows over a weir in Bedford, England. It shows patterns, shadows and colours on the water created by the interaction of light with elements of the surrounding landscape and the sky. Each shot is speeded up in the editing process to enhance the visual impact of the changes in the light on the water's surface.
